did you cry?

Postby gina-gina on Fri May 09, 2008 2:34 pm

i got really really close, three times.
but i never fully did.

the last few pages i was smiling like an idiot to myself in a crowded library.

there was a few spots where my heart was totally beating louder than wanderers! it was great though, i looked up from the book and was like "WTH? what just happened to me?!"

i felt a lot of emotion in this book, maybe because its such an internal struggle and story, it makes you think, makes you feel?

anyone else got comments?

Yes- I really cried hard. In the part part where Wanda told Doc her final plan, I actually had to stop and wait untill my parents weren't home to go on (I don't like to cry in front of people)!!! It is really emotional though. I laughed, shook with fear, ect. I think it's all in the way Stephenie Meyer writes. You can't help but fall in love with the characters!!!! You get hooked!!

I cried several times.
When Wanda was talking to Ian for the last time
I was crying so bad,
and then when she was about to be removed.

Of course i cried...im so weak.lol
I cried when:
she couldn't find mel in "her" head,
when i thought jamie was dying,
when she was telling doc her plan,
when she said what was on her grave stone (i thought she was gone),
and when she was finally with Ian!

I cried like a baby!!!
The tears just wouldn't stop coming when Wanderer was about to be removed. I was like "IT CAN NOT END THIS WAYYY!"

And of course it didn't.

Yeah, I had to put it down when Melanie was telling Wanda good-bye because I was so emotionally messed up and I cried for a good half hour or so. Then, as soon as I picked it up again I sobbed until I figured out that she was okay! I wanted to hug Stephenie because the ending was SO amazing!

I actually didn't cry at all....but I was so tired the first time a read it that I didn't understand half of what was going on. Also, this is SM so I expected a happy ending no matter what.

I cried! Like ALOT! It was at the end when she was being removed. And I cried because Melenie and Wanda wern't like together in one body anymore. That reallly made me cry. I was just hysterical. I think I cried more then I did in New Moon when Edward left.....
