FYI - We do have requirements for the size of avatars and signatures that can be used on this site...

You can measure the pixels of an image by right clicking on the image, scrolling down to properties at the bottom of the list. This will bring up a box that will show you the dimensions of the image. Dimension shown = length x height



You can change the dimensions (pixels) of an image in any photo editing program, including PhotoBucket. Select your image, click "edit image" then "resize" and enter the new pixel numbers next to "new size".

Also please make sure that signatures and avatars are PG rated. [/quote]

Okay so I tried to resize on Photobucket but I couldn't get both numbers right it wouldn't let me change the numbers to the way I needed them, I'm new at this way so please help!

^ If you want to resize pictures, you should use a image editing program ~ something like photoshop or paintshop ~ or you can ask the creator to resize it for you

Also the reason why the picture in your signature doesn't work is because you tryed to direct link from a LJ picture~ which doesn't really work unless you used the actaul picture link
