I really hope we find out more about Jane. It seems like she would be a very complex character. An adult stuck in child's body for eternity, her relationship with Aro, obviously very powerful.

when I was reading new moon for the first time In my mind I imagined her looking like my sister and giving this evil look that could kill you.
Then I found Janes myspace page and the pic looks like my sister... crazy and way cool

I feel like Jane is very complex. Especially towards Bella. Intrigued, curious, jealous are the words that come to mind. I'd like to learn more about her past.

Haha. Yeah, she freaked me out too. She reminded me of all those scary movies they make using creepy little girls or creepy dead little girls or creepy posessed little girls, which freak me out. But it'd be great to learn her whole story.

She is deffinitely a creepy character. Her and Alec sound really interesting. I really want to know what his power is! I also hope they explain more about the Volturi and how that all happened with Jane being a child and stuff like that.

Yeah! I am dying to know about Jane and Alec! They were described as young... I sortof imagine Kirsten Dunst circa Interview With A Vampire. Lol!

The Volturi are interesting... I definitely want to know more about Aro, Marcus, and Caius as well.

ok...the truth, she FREAKS ME OUT!..and yes i think we are going to know the volturi a little better aswell...but i also think that we are going to get to know tanyas family better they have been mentioned sooo many times in the 3 books so far

Like you guys said, Jane was like the only one who sorta got to me. She sent shivers down my spine as i read her!! That whole cool calm and collected act and knowing the force behind this slight woman!

hey guys! i actually found out more about our volturi twins. somewhere on the TM forum they had Q&As with steph. i dont have exact quotes because im too lazy to find taht again, but here is the gist.

Jane and Alec were growing up, i suppose they had some powers because they were going to be burned at the stake for witchcraft. Aro had been watching them develop, he noticed their powers i think, and wanted to make them part of the Volturi when they got older. (i think the vamps in Steph's universe are just like the Interview w/a Vampire ones, if the are too young, they cannot stay hidden, they cannot control their instincts like the adults can, and are not self-sufficient. i THINK.) Aro was forced to act sooner than expected, because they were dying.
Steph said that being burned at the stake had an effect on shaping their power. Jane creates the illusion of pain(we cant know for sure because the narrator is unaffected...but a burning sensation, maybe?). and Alec is way more powerful than jane. He is one of the reasons the Volturi are pretty much invincible. my guess is that he can do something like flamethrowing, and just take out vamps with none of the timeconsuming fighting stuff.

so yea. thats what i got on Jane and Alec. they are my faves. oh yea, and i also think they are about 10 years old or so....definitely pre-pubescent at least. i just think its a bit creepier/cooler and more demented if they are just like...innocent looking children i guess....i picture them while reading being like 8.
