I know, Leah despite the bitterness, harshness, moodiness, etc she is sporting all the time, I cannot help but sympathize with her. When I first read Eclipse, I absolutely despised her.

But when I re-read it, more carefully then the last few times, I was like....wow. Sam literally shattered her.

She is really awesome. To be able to be around Sam all the time, and see him with Emily, hear his love for her in wolf form, and still just bear it all. Its totally remarkable and I applaude her for that.

Plus, come on. She's a werewolf. Werewolves pwn.

Well I personally can't stand Leah,
but ya know what they say...sometimes you can't stand ppl for things that you do yourself.
which is kind of how I am with Leah.
Only difference is, I'm getting over it.
I just feel bad for the boys mostly, poor things, having to deal w/ Leahs crap all the time.
I just wish Leah could get over herself, and stop torturing the boys.
Shes strong ill give her that, but I just wish she'd stop torturing Sam and herself and get over it. IT's not like he ASKED to imprint on Emily. ITs not her fault.

I know what you mean. Leah's strong. If I were her I would have killed Emily already or Sam or both. I don't really like Sam 'cause of that. :evil:

i think she is just so annoying and yea its hard to give up a love like sam but seriously. wat if she was in his possition. wat would she do then. i think she needs to think about that. i no she is really strong and is a fighter but there is no going bac in time and if she could just forget it her life might b better. she could find some1 who she can imprint on.

I feel for her, i mean now she has to live inside of the head of the man she used to love.. But now maybe she understands the imprinting thing.. But, it still has to be hard.
I still dont like her though.
I dont like how mean she was being to Jacob at the end of Eclipse.
But i can see that being a werewolf must be tough on her, maybe tougher on her than any of the others.. but she shouldnt take it out on poor Jacob.

Ok, she's mean, and she can be confused as a *****, but have they ever thought what it was like to her? maybe because they're men they doesn't quite get it.

But she's been through a lot, and i didn't like that she was treated that way for Jake. yeah he was really mean (she was too im not blind) but he could have been a little more thoughtful. But then again Jake is not known for being the most thoughtful person in the world...

probably i just said too much. but oh well i feel really bad for her.

Dido. I mean Sam is the only one of the guys that feels bad for her. She didn't ask for any of it to happen, none of them. They need to relize that she has been through more crap then the rest of them, and need to leave her alone about it.

Sorry to say this but the guys deserve her crap because they are the ones treating her badly, well expect for Sam. I think they need to wake-up and relize she has been through alot more then they could see through her eyes.

Yeah. Leah is in a really hard place, and to be perfectly honest, she has every right to be bitter! I can't even imagine what she must be going through, and it must be horrible for her.

before i never really gave her much thought, but now that I knwo more about her from BD I love her! I think i would feel the same if i were in her shoes.

I like Leah she was just misunderstood. She did have it hard with Sam and every1s like "i hate Leah" i think shes sweet she trys!

i think her "bitchiness" displaces the real her, that's why people tend to push her in the background. i hope her character gets explored more in breaking dawnÜ

Hmm.. if they do make a movie for the rest of the books involving leah Which actor would you recommend to play as Leah? To me Moon Bloodgood looks like the character but she's getting old lol. and plus her name sounds more like a vampire then a werewolf. any other suggestions?

Leah is a character who I really admire. It really does annoy me when I see people making posts that say, "OMIGOD. LEAH IS SUCH A BE-YOTCH!"

Seriously, guys. Put yourself in her shoes for a minute. She has a reason to be bitter and angry. She has a reason for feeling so hurt and betrayed. Everyone expects her to suck it up, get over Sam, and be strong. It must get overwhelming.

Thats what i like!! There so much conflict in her that people mis-understand as bitterness! basicly she is amayzing and I'm glad SM wrote more about her in BD <3
