Oh yes! The sweet far thing..OMG. so amazing...like i said before...i've never cried so much while reading a book

Definitely. That was a fantastic book. I read it during winter break. Awesome ending. Whoever hasn't read it...DO SO. Of course if you haven't read the other two first, do that first.

Wow, yes. I loved the series, but damn I hated how the book ended... :(

I haven't read the others, but I bought Wicked Lovely on a whim when my B Dalton went out of business because it was on sale and actually loved it. It's very interesting and is a quick, entertaining read. I reccommend it!
"Bella," he murmured, his voice warm and velvet. "Would you please stop trying to take your clothes off?"

"Do you want to do that part?" I asked, confused.

I totally agree about the Great and Terrible Beauty trilogy ending, but the rest was awesome... my friend who told me about Twilight recommended these as well.

If you're looking for something romantic, anything by Eva Ibbotson... good old historical fiction, severe dramatic irony and so romantic you want to kill yourself. The Morning Gift and a Company of Swans are the best!

And I know someone said it already, but all of the Sloppy Firsts by Megan McCafferty (?) are HILARIOUS.

Sarah Dessen books. She is amazing. I recommend Dreamland and The Truth About Forever for starters but you are doing yourself a disservice by not reading all of her books. I'm so excited for her newest book (Lock and Key) to come tomorrow.

Jane Austen books are always good.

I would also recommend "Shadow of the Wind" by Carlos Ruiz Zafon. It's a love story that takes place after world war two.
The main character Daniel finds a banned book that changes his life, and discovers the tragic love story of it's author, Carax.
At the same time he finds himself falling for his best friend's sister, in a way that's scarily similar to Carax's story.
The book was originally published in Spanish, but was translated really well to English.

i started A Great and Terrible Beauty about a year ago but never got a chance to finish it. once summer starts, im definately sinking my teeth into it.

I would recommend The Memory Keeper's Daughter. If you saw the Lifetime movie, it did not do the book justice. The story is absolutely heartbreaking and beautiful.

The Lovely Bones is also a really incredible story. very intense and powerful.

Speak is one of my all time faves. Kristen Stewart actually starred in the movie a few years ago. once you start, you can't put the book down. the character just grabs you and you stay with her along her whole journey. awesome book!

Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. really, it's the first book that ever really gave me goosebumps after reading the whole of it. :)

Other than the Twilight series, my favorites are Tuck Everlasting and Water for Elephants.
Tuck Everlasting has been a favorite for a long time, but I just recently read Water for Elephants and it's AMAZING! :]

If you want to read something exactly like the Twilight Series, then read the Vampire Diaries by L.J. Smith, I really liked these books, and it came out before Twilight.
