Okay quick question for anyone whos really familiar with LiveJournal
(I didn't know where else to ask this)

how do you make a layout for LJ?
I have a photo I editited and everything but no clue
how to do it.

Photoshop is a program you can buy @ Best Buy. I'm pretty sure.

You can get photoshop various ways. I downloaded photoshop on a website but i forgot the link. you can search google and type in " free photoshop download"
