Next type in whatever you want to call it-
[url=http://twilightmomsforums.freeforums.org/index.php]
TWILIGHT MOMS

then click the URL code again- it should have a * in the box showing it has been clicked already it will give you a code that looks like this[/url]

your coding will look like this MINUS the spaces before/after twilight moms.
[url=http://twilightmomsforums.freeforums.org/index.php]
TWILIGHT MOMS [/url]


Finished product(one spaces are removed)
