Disclaimer: The moderators will not be moderating the content of any FanFics. They will only make sure the following rules are followed. FanFic authors are solely responsible for the content of their stories.

Authors- please take a few minutes and edit your posts after reading these new rules. We know it will take some time to everything organized and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

1. Only authors or moderators can start threads in this forum.

2. Author's threads need to be titled in this format: FanFic: Title By Author - Rated _ - Posted or Updated ________
Example: Fanfic: Edward Bites Bella By Love-Hurts (Rated T) Updated 5/31

3. The posted rating should follow the guidelines at http://www.fictionratings.com/guide.php or a similar FanFiction ratings system with clear content guidelines. Please reference the rating system you use to rate your writing. Authors, please appropriately rate your writing by carefully reviewing the content and the ratings guide. FanFiction should be rated from K- PG-13. Anything higher rated will be deleted.

4. Do not post the actual FanFiction stories. Only links to stories are allowed.

5. All links to FanFiction must be posted in the first thread post.

6. Only links to FanFiction posted on the following FanFiction websites can be posted:

7. NO FanFics posted on livejournal, MySpace, or any type of personal blog can be linked to from this forum.

8. Fanfiction stories can only be about fictional characters. No fiction about real people (such as actors) are allowed. This is out of respect for the privacy of real people and any actors who play fictional characters in movies. The name TwilightTEENS should not be used in any story (we're real people, too, not fictional characters).

9. The first post in an author's thread should follow this format (example is fictional!):

Title: Edward Bites Bella
Author : Love-Hurts
Characters/Pairings: Edward/Bella
Category: Romance | Supernatural
Rating: T
Spoilers: Twilight | New Moon | Eclipse
Summary: Will Edward keep his end of the bargain after Bella marries him? You may think the title is a spoiler, but you'll have to read to find out! After all, love hurts and so do vampire bites. So many things can go wrong, even if he does bite her.

10. No links to fanfiction can be posted anywhere else on TwilightTEENS Forums, including in anyone's signature. This rule may seem harsh, but some people don't want to read any FanFiction. Those who do read it want information before reading it. If someone posts a link to fanfiction in their signature and another member sees that link because you posted in another forum, there is no way for that other member to know what it is. The FanFic forum has specific guidelines and rules- the only way to make sure they are followed is to limit all linking to FanFic to the FanFiction Forums.

11. When recommending a FanFic you will need to follow the following format. If someone has already recommended a FanFic, you can also recommend it, but you must include the same information in your post (you can't just say "oh, yeah, I loved Edward Bites Bella, too!" because anyone reading your post would then have to search back through the thread to find the link to it and the thread would quickly become unhelpful and jumbled). A recommendations thread is not the place to discuss fanfiction- it's only to recommend it and the recommendations need to include this basic information to be of any value to anyone (example is fictional):

Title: Edward Bites Bella
Author: Love-Hurts
Characters/Pairing: Edward/Bella
Rating: T
Summary: Edward Bites Bella
Recommendation: [Briefly tell other TwilightTEENS why you recommend this story] At first, you think everything is happening just the way you want it to and this story will be the dream ending. But there are unexpected consequences that kept me entertained while I'm waiting to find out what really happens!
