It gets very upsetting to hear rude comments about Robert Pattinson being Edward Cullen, or Ashley Greene's hair is not the length it should be for Alice. They have taken your criticism far enough.

I know some of you fans are quite upset with the cast. You tend to show actions that are disrespectful. Some of us fans are pleased with the choices for the Cast. If you post anything rude, obtuse, and just plain disturbing about the official members we will delete the post. It's not nice, people.

Robert IS our Edward and Taylor IS our Jacob. Get use to it people.

I am sorry for the Harsh Words, just be respectful.

I agree 100%. After looking at so many pictures, Rob has grown on me. I am in love. And jacob is awesome.

I believe that Robert Pattinson IS the best actor for Edward! I mean come on! He is what I picture as Edward. But hey. We are all really lucky that they are even making a movie! Be gratful!

Eh, that's not always the case. If they messed it up, which they won't, but I'm saying if that ever happened, people would go see the movie, and never give the books a chance.

I understand what you are saying, but if i don't agree or if I don't think Taylor is a good cast for Jacob, that doesn't mean i am bashing the actor or i'm using bad words!!it's just my opinion and i'm trying to express my opinion!!i can do that, right?

I know, he is NOT who I would have chosen to portray jacob either, but because I have never seen him act, I am putting out a positive attitude untill i can really have an opinion, if you know what i mean.

Ok i got something to say....AMEN TO THAT!! Seriously people just give up tryin to fight against what is already happening i mean COME ON! Theres nothing u can do about it...and hey they seriously have been goin throough enough u know what for u people to be hating on them ! Just drop it! its over and hey just get used to teh fact that they picked them for a reason ok? SO chill...

I have to say, at first i was all like"oh ya whatever, no one can pull off edward, not even Robert Pattison", i admit that, but no that i have grown to him so much, i think he is perfect for the spot! And Jake i think is gonna be awesome as well. I'm pretty happy with the cast, they did well.

I really dont think that its fair. I was TOTALLY a Team Edward, then, I saw Taylor as Jacob, and now, I dont know whose side I'm really on anymore!

i think rob does a great job as edward he just doesn't look like MY edward. what i think he looks like is different them rob but i'm grateful they're making a movie so WHOOP!!

I personally love Robert Pattinson as Edward, he's just right. I also think that Ashley Greene and Taytlor Lautner will do awesome jobs!

I think that the reason that Edward's actor is so controversial is because he is such a character, and he has grown on all of us, so we each picture him a certain way. I thihk it's important though to remember that Robert Pattinson is going to be Edward, but it doesn't change who Edward is to you.

At first, I thought that he wouldn't be that great for Edward. But, after a while, I got used to him, and now, I love him. Well, as eye candy at least. I think that so many people bagged on him because everyone has their own image of Edward in their minds. So, now that people have seen him act as Edward, almost everyone loves him.
