I'm new

Why is the breaking dawn discussion forum blocked for me? And, is there a general map to the website. I don't know how to navigate the website.

Well, the Breaking Dawn section shouldn't be locked, but I'll look into that.
As for a general map, sorry we don't have one. Though all you really do is scroll down and if you want to talk about something, you just click on the title. Then after the page loads, there should be a list of things that people are talking about. If one sparks your interest, just click on it and read through what people have written (except for the boards not talking about Twilight and company, because there's a ton of pages on that..).

After you have read those, please make an introduction post here: http://thetwilightteensforum.com/introd ... f-f65.html
The two things above should be done firstly.
