How do you shrink the pic on the tinypic.com website?
i think i kno how to do the rest.
sorry if its a dumb question but i must be missing something cuz i dont kno how to fix the shape. my avatars are always so much tinier than everybody elses
so help please!!

Well, what do you want me to do? Shrink the picture into 100x100 pixels? Or crop the picture... Or what?
Upload the picture to photobucket (or tinypic) or whatever uploader you use and send me the link for the picture. But tell me what you want me to do.
