Hello,

We want to welcome you to join us at the Twilight Movie Release Party OKI (Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana). Although this is primarily a OH, KY, IN event, if you would like to join us from further away, you are more than welcome. We are excited about the response from our Tennessee Twilight Sisters. Although this is an all ages event, if you are under the age of 16 you will need to be accompanied by someone 18 or older. We love our Twilight Teens and out first priority is to "keep you are safe". 

As an organizer I can tell you we really want to make this about the fans for our are area. We are look forward to hosting our sister Twilighters from Indiana and Ohio. However, we want to make sure there is enough interest before we dive head first into something so consuming. The release party is planned for November 21, 2008 in Louisville, KY. We plan to make it an all day event, ending with the Movie premier and slumber party. We are planning to have a discount hotel room block for the slumber party and will need adult volunteers for supervision.

You are welcome to offer up suggestions and ideas for the release Party, we are listening to what you want. As volunteers will always be welcome, we are greatly encouraging everyone to start by spreading the word. Without you (the fans), this party cannot happen. It is up to all of us to get the word out.

We have a lot of plans, and  will keep each of you updated. If there are any others in the surrounding areas that are planning a party, we would love for you to merge with us to make it a big event! All of your ideas, suggestions and hard work will be welcome and incorporated. The bigger the better!

As much as we want to make this happen for the OKI Twilight community, time is limited. If we want to make this an "Event" for OKI, immediate responses are needed so we have time to obtain our sponsors, charity and move into our next planning stages.
