It would kill them. In an interview with Stephenie Meyer, she said it acts as a poison for werewolves... I don't remember where I saw it, but I know I remember seeing it. It would've killed him.
(And, as a comment on my avi, I'm sort of neutral, but kinda leaning towards Jacob...)

In Breaking Dawn it says that Vampire venom is like poison to werewolves that they can't recover quickly enough from.

i think the venom would cause a werewolf extreme pain more burning than it would to a human...

Its say in one of the books that vampire venom is poison to werewolves.
