Well we do know that if a werewolf were to get bitten, the venom would kill them.
Now, Renesmee doesn't have venom, but I wonder if there's something in her blood or chromosomes that would affect her and Jacob having kids...
Or, maybe the fact that she's a hybrid, and Jacob's a hybrid means they'd have very compatible babies...
I'm making no sense...
