Myself and my daughter drove 1,500.miles (give or take) from Salt Lake City Utah to the Oregon Coast and back just to try and get on the set to meet the cast of Twilight & It was so worth the pain of driving all that way it was a great bonding moment that I will never forget!! We took of Tuesday April 22 in the afternoon when we arrived at the resort it was 6am. Tired and not really sure if they would be filming at the location we were given we got up around 10am and drove just up the road from the resort we were staying at and we arrived at a fork in the road we fallowed the "TO SET" sign, screaming at that moment we saw it thinking this has to be happening today and here. we went up the hill around a corner and yes all the trucks and tents and allot of people everywhere then walking a few feet we look down and there is the beach and the set with yes the crew. we went down and after standing around for a few min I saw Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black) then Kristen Stewart (Bella) with some people were holding umbrella's over them we were told bye some man to leave its a closed set and we looked around and realized we were the only fans so we asked if we could sit and watch if we move away from the set and not bug anyone he said yes but do not record anything wile they are filming we agreed. So after sitting for a wile and filming some shots and taking photos some guy yelled to me and my daughter to walk and lead the crew down the beach further for the next shot we were like OK? next thing we know were are in the middle of it we watched the scene Jacob and Bella walking down the beach talking and surfers in the water behind them yes I am sure it was the Scary story's scene were Jacob tells Bella about the cold ones (the Cullens who are vampires) and (the warewolves) but we did not hear what was said we were not that close. Then I hear AND CUT then after the cast walked to there tent for a wile Kristen Stewart started walking up to us and looked at my daughter she shook my daughters hand and was SO SWEET!! she talked with us for a wile and she told my daughter she was sorry she was eating a sandwich after my daughter asked her for a photo with her she is so Amazing she was humble and kind and really grateful to her fans UNBELIEVABLE I had no idea a big star could be like that ? my daughter told her sorry for bugging her and for being in the way but then she said really it is OK do not worry its a big beach you guys are fine stay and watch and enjoy. One of the nicest people I have ever met! she took a photo with me also. THEN after she walked away to go get warm my daughter terned around and guess who showed up on the set Stephenie Meyer she was taking to the Twilight Lexicon lady's we stood and watched them she went to walk away we walked up to her asking for photos telling her much we love her and she was so down to earth again another AMAZING women and so humble and so so sweet. we also meet the lady's of Twilight Lexicon they were nice they made a video of me and my daughter then they went and recored and interview Taylor AKA Jacob Black after we stood and watched that for a wile we herd them call everyone back to the set to record so Taylor terned around and we were write there he only had a minute but he looked write at my daughter and she said can I have a photo? this big grin came over his face he gave her 2 thumbs up and then jumped down to her put his arm around her and pulled her in for a photo he had the biggest smile ,, then told her to let him know how it terns out then went to the shoot and Kristen was behind them I did not notice tell I looked at the photo. he is so so nice he had to go so I did not get a chance to meet him myself. We had been on that cold raining beach way to long so we had to go 2 and a half hours and I was more wet then I can ever remember being not to mention my daughters blue lips. it was hard walking of the set but just as we did we saw the Director Catherine Hardwicke we asked her for a photo she was in a hurry running down the beach so she said I will pose for you and she did. We would have given almost anything to meet Robert Pattinson but he was not there and my daughter had a graduation lunch we had to get back for that the next day so we had to go. When we get home I get info were Rob is tonight arrrrr but hey we have to be grateful we got what we did and it was so great. I will add the photo's here soon and my daughter has more photos and such she has a blog I will link that also asap I am dog tired for now. Lisa Cullen Very Happy

Oh wow! Very exciting. It's good to hear Kristen was so nice. You get a lot of how she has a bad attitude. I personally think it's her shy, awkward nature being misinterpreted... but Stephenie was there too?! Even a picture with Taylor?! What a productive day! How cool is that? Thanks for posting this! I cannot wait to see the photos!

Thank you to her for saying this! It is nice to hear about Kristen being kind! Adds on to more proof that she isn't stuck up, snobby and bxtchy like a lot of people say! I'm really really glad.

He does, but amazingly, I prefer him with the long hair! When I first heard he was playing Jacob and I saw that shirtless pic of him and his spikey hair I was a bit weary but I'm fine now. He's good to go!

I was just drooling over those photos again and I started looking at the one shot with Catherine Hardwicke and I couldn't help but notice the background. The scenery is just stunningly beautiful! I am so glad they chose that spot. It's exactly like I pictured it. I imagine it will look 10x better on the big screen too!
