I finally broke down when she said something along the lines of, "You...don't...want...me?" At that point, the tears just started flowing. It was all so sad. I mourned over Edward up until Alice came back. Lol.

It was just a smack in the pit of my stomach at first, but then I started to tear up and start crying... I thought Edward was serious at the time, but I figured it was different...

It didn't hit me until I started reading the part where she tries to follow him in the woods with her shaky legs and finally just falls down. It was soo visual! I swear I could just see the entire scene in my head. Once that happened, I broke down. So depressed! And then when I read the pages with only the months... it killed me!

I could not believe what I was reading! At first, I thought she was maybe dreaming, and it didn't really happen, but when he said, "I don't want you." I almost died! I kept trying to convince myself, "It's probably a dream, keep reading." After I read the next four pages saying, "October. November. December. January." I felt like closing the book! But, I'm glad I kept reading and got to the part when she heard the voice!
It's too bad she left Jacob, because he helped her during a really tough time, even though she doesn't like to talk about it. He was there for her lots. I haven't read Eclipse yet, but I plan to soon. My friend accidentally told me a little of it, so I kinda know what's going to happen. I just hope she stays friends with Jacob.
My absolute favorite part though, was when Edward proposed! I actually screamed with glee. I was about 3 am when I read it, so I woke up the family. I pretended I had a nightmare when they asked, then when they were asleep, kept on reading. My cheeks hurt from smiling so much!!!

I don't get why people didn't cry at that part. I mean Edward was just trying to keep Bella safe... It was heartbreaking at first, but when he was describing to Bella why he left, I was like awww thats so cute! and then teared up again lol I'm such a sap

not only did i cry, i felt utterly depressed throughout those blank pages where the months went by...it wasn't the best to read

i didnt cry...but i would've if i didnt hold back...i was tearing up when i was reading the months bit and i had so much tears in my eyes that i had to stop and lift my head up...i didnt want to get humongous tear drops on the page because it wasnt mine!

and when Edward said that itd be like he never left i was almost yelling at the book! i didnt want him to go!

I cried when jacob left in eclipse...

i BAWLED even though i was completely prepared for it

i still cry a little every time i reread it

i was tempted to throw the book, burn it, rip it to shred, throw it off a bridge, or let my dog have a hayday with it....the worst part is i read that part in class so when i started balling my eyes out it was a little embarassing especially when i had to explain what was upsetting me....i cried the rest of the day. then it got better b/c jacob was there when he left i refused to live until someone came back.
