RULES of this forum

They are fairly straight forward...

- We will not tolerate people who come here to 'bash' (criticize) Robert.

- Any talk of the cast of Edward should be limited to the 'Cast' area of the forum. Any talk of Robert in this forum will be removed.

- Do not be afraid to voice your opinions, but please keep it relatively PG-13.

- Like I mentioned before, please keep the posts relative to the topic of each section.

- Any graphics of Robert/ Edward need/should to be posted in the Graphics area, please.

- If you are here merely to criticize Stephenie Meyer and Twilight, you will be banned from the boards. This forum is purely for those who enjoy the books and wish to talk with others who enjoy it, too.

HERE HERE! I agree with those rules. Personally I think anyone who wants to bash Robet can just shut up. Because he's a great actor and is doing his job. Since I doubt anyone here has met him, and actaully SEEN HIM DOING EDWARD then no one should be able to say whether or not he's good enough or not.

Unless they're psyici.

And I think it's sad that this even has to be said. The fact that people are so against him, i just don't know. It makes me embarassed for us Twilight fans who are respectful.

And Stehphenie meyer likes him, I'd take her word on anything twilight related before someone elses, if she likes him, so do i.

And like I said, it's sad that that rule has to be stated even.

Poor Rob. I think he needs a hig, and some MAJOR SUPPORT!!

I actaully joined a suppoert Rob Pattison as Edward Cullen group because i think people are being ridiculous.

I totally agree! I think Rob is a great Edward and everyone who dosn't think so, they can shut up! It's sad that Rob is getting bashed on. He has feelings too he dosn't like when people critise him for doing his JOB! So if you have nothing nice to say then don't say anything at all!

i think he is going to make a great Edward and i think it's dumb how people are bashing him just because he doesn't look like the Edward that they pictured. He isn't going to look exactly like you picutred him in your head. nobody is, but i think he will do a great job

The way I look at it is, how can anyone be disappointed that he's been cast as Edward? Look at how SEXY he is! He can be my Edward any day!

ya i know seriously.... whenever i'm around my twilight friends, they just talk about how terrible rob/edward is in the movie.... and no matter how hard i try to explain it to them, they just dont get it..... i mean, hes not on there to be just any random gorgeous guy and Bella just some random girl, they fit together to make the hottness complete!!!! when i think about edward's role in the book, Bella/Stephanie both talk about how hes got this half smirky little smile and rob has got that covered!!! if you look at his pics, like 90% of them hes doing that....I THINK HES PERRFECT!!!!!!!!!!

ya my best friend hasnt read the books at all!!! and i told her i would pay her $20 to read the first one and if she didnt like it i would give her an extra $10. At lunch me n my other friends who've read the books are like "ohh edward is soooo hot....hmmm <3 cam...." and my best friend would get really annoyed.... but today she started reading the book and shes already hooked.... now shes swooning over edward like the rest of us crazy fans...lol she was on the phone with me like saying "what why isnt edward talking to bella..." and i wouldnt tell her... hehe ohh its a twilight thing, some people just wouldnt get it...

Robert is an awesome edward and anyone who disagrees can buy a ticket that says "permission 4 ash2028 2 shove his foot up my butt" and bring it strait 2 me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Robert truly is going to be an amazing edward!! it's not just that is is incredibly good-looking (which he is!!), but he's got a dark and brooding look, and he just looks deep and troubled... remind you of someone... a particular gorgeous vampire perhaps?! haha.
i always feel so sad when i read a robert bashing comment =[ i mean, he's doing his job (very well i might add), and yet people are still having a go at him! of COURSE he's not going to look like your ideal edward, cos edward looks different in everyones mind.

You just want to say to all the robert haters- 'if you dont like him, dont watch the friggin' movie!' lol.

finally this is what i have to say to people who call him 'ugly'..... "ARE YOU BLIND?!?!?!?!?!?!" =P
