I was wondering if someone would help me resize a image so I can use it as my profile icon.

And if you could tell me the best way to do it fore future icons, that would be great.

I would suggest that you copy and paste it in Micsrosoft word. It helps so that the image doesnt become distorted. Then, copy the screen (Hit Ctrl and Prt Scr buttons).
Then, open up your paint application and go edit;paste on the top of the screen in the paint application.
Then, put the box around the picture shrunk, and go edtit;cut. Then go edit;select all. Then go edit;clear selection. Next, go edit;paste. Finally, resize the paint so that the only thing on it is your picture.
Save it to our computer.
And voula!

Sorry, but I'm using a Mac. So no paint and Word won't work like that with me.

Ok, Thanks. I managed to do it a bit differently, but it worked.

But now my texts all small... Can a very nice person photoshop the text bigger on my icon. It says "Hearing Voices" and make it Icon size, because it's so small.

EDIT: It's good if you can do it, but I got a similar picture in right size, and I don't really need the text so it's ok.
But I still need to know how you easily resize a photo so it's under 7 Kb
