Richelle Mead - Vampire Academy

Postby SaraMarie on Mon Apr 07, 2008 4:38 pm

Has anyone else read this yet?? I just got done with the book a couple of days ago and absolutely loved it. I haven't read the next book but it's on my list. However, I can't right now because I have four novels to read and a TON of short stories. (I'm taking a Lit class)

So what did you guys think of it??

If you haven't read it it's great but I wouldn't really recommend it for people under 15.

I believe it's already out. It's called Frostbite. I can't wait to read it.

The whole Dimitri situation made me upset (I wanted them to get together!!) but I like Mason too.

I need to get the other book soon. The little summary of the books is killing me!! Especially since it says how Dimitri is falling for another chick. Booooo! Haha.

What other books did you put on hold?? (If you don't mind me asking)

I'm sorry you can't get into it!! It threw me off a little bit with the whole Strigoi and Moroi and all that stuff. Haha. I don't know if I spelled that right. =\ Haha

Lets see here.. I read the first two Vampire Kisses by Ellen Schreiber.. I mainly thought they were cute and amusing so I figure I gotta read the third and forth.. and then Glass House By Rachel Caine... I have heard mixed reviews so we will see..

and gulity pleasures by Laurell Hamilton.. The first in the Anita blake series... to see if I like it as well. So far 2 of them are being sent to me.. the gulity pleasures will be ready to pick up in a day or so and the forth Vampire kisses heh.. So yeah.

Nice. I have heard of Vampire Kisses but they look so small that I think I'll read them in an hour or so. I love my stories to have depth to them....you know what I mean? I'm not sure maybe I will have to check them out. Haha. I still need to read the Interview with the Vampire...haven't done that yet...so working on it. Haha.
