also, i know some people were wondering about why James and Edward don't sparkle in this scene when they're in the light from the windows.
i was watching the extended version, and when Edward gets slammed into the window, the sky behind him is black. so they aren't sparkling because at this point in the movie, it's night time. so the light comes from street lamps.

So after watching this clip a million times, I just noticed that he say's "I'm sorry" at around 3:00.

Bella: "Mom?"

Renee: "Bella?"

Bella: "Mom!"

Renee on TV: "Oh come on, you're a wonderful dancer."

Young Bella on TV: "Mom. I suck"

James: *Sinister Laughing* "Now, that's my favorite part. You were a stubborn child weren't you?"

Bella: "She's not even here."

James:" Sorry, but you really made it too easy. So, do you think he would be more entertained if we made a little film of our time together?" *holds up camera* "I barrowed this from your house, I hope you don't mind. And, action!" * begins to tape Bella* "Oh, it'll break Edward's little heart."

Bella: "You! *studders* Edward has nothing to do with this!"
James: "Oh, he does. His rage will make for a more interesting sport than his futile attempt to protect you. And, let's continue." * Bella sprays him with mace and runs away, then he completely lays her out.* "Beautiful, very visually dynamic." *grabs her hand* "It's too bad he didn't have the strength to turn you. Instead he kept you this fragile little human. It's cruel really." *breaks her leg* "Tell Edward how much it hurts. Tell him to avenge you. Tell him!"

Bella: "No Edward, don't!"

James: "Tell him! TELL HIM!" *Edward swoops in to save the day, but gets slammed back* "You're alone, because you're faster than the others," *smashes his head into mirror* "but not stronger."

Edward: "I'm strong enough to kill you." *kicks James ass through mirror, and dives over to pick up Bella* "I'm sorry."

i thought i heard edward say "i'm sorry" to bella.. but i think it was in the extended clip of the ballet room scene..

yeah, it is.

Ok, I just watched it again, and James was wearing shoes when he walked over to Bella. Not like the book were he is barefoot.....

And Edward did say "I love you" in an almost echo deep voice, but I heard it!
