My friend, KPatz, hates the girl's voice who does the audio books. She says she has a very monotone, boring voice. SO. She decided she was going to make an audio book herself (she has the coolest reading voice! No joke, I make her read to me all the time XD).

Well she has some problems... She'd read a page perfectly, then mess up. Then she'd start over and get a page further and then mess up. She had memorized the first ten pages before I suggested doing them in segments and then editing them together on her computer... Haha. Which she in turn did. I think she only got to Chapter 4 before she decided to "take a break". Although I still want her to finish.

funny that I found this question.

So my mother is my friend and mine's driver to the Breaking Dawn book tour this August, and we got her a ticket, but she hadn't read the books yet. SO i said, "Mom, if you are going to steal the seat of some poor obsessed fan, you HAVE to find the time to read the books!" so she finally ordered the audio book and has been listening to it.

at first, i refused to listen along with it, the only reason i would be in the same room is becuase i was nosy and wanted to know where my mom was.. but the more I listen to it.. the more I actually like it. I mean, nothing beats actually READING the book, but it's not bad.

Especially if you aren't feeling well//have a headache and don't feel up to reading, it's easier to just listen along. Today I was out tanning listening to it.

The one downside- I hate how she does Edward's voice at times. Just the one word responces. She tries to make his voice sound all "appealing".. and it doesn't work out for me. I normally fight back a laugh. [normally it's whenever he says "hello"]
