Ok well i was like NO! BELLA DON'T!!!!! You love Edward not Jacob you are supposed to kiss Edward not Jacob!!!! I mean i hated Bella for doing that! Then i thought for a second and i understand why she did that i mean she is human and you can't help who you fall in love with. I am not ok with her in love with Jacob but i understand. And even though she said that she loved Edward more i still hate that she is in love with Jacob! I want Jacob to fall in love with someone else.

In all honesty, I did hate bella for about 3 seconds.. but then i thought about it. Put yourself in her position.. YES, EDWARD IS THE LOVE OF HER LIFE.. BUT!... when has a girl ever been able to control who she falls in love with?? I don't know about you.. but most of the girls i know CAN'T. it's not that simple.. and the situation was completely inevitable. We all saw it coming.. YES ALL OF US. [ even if you were in the deepest kind of denial.. it was there] Jacob treated her the way anyone who loved someone would. He picked her up when she had fallen 6 feet under. He was her stone to lean on.. when she had shattered like glass.. Keep in mind that i am TEAM EDWARD... but, i took some time to really think about this part of the story. THOUGH I'D LIKE TO SAY BELLA DIDN'T.... she did fall in love with Jacob. But they love each other enuff to know that it's never gonna be. She's meant for edward.. and OBVIOUSLY [cuz of the imprinting thing..] HE'S MEANT FOR SOMEONE ELSE...


let's just hope the imprinting stage happens soon!!! lol... aug. 2nd everyone!!! we'll find out. ahahhahah

Yeah I was pretty irritated at Bella for kissing Jacob and for falling in love with him when she clearly loves Edward. I was just like "NO Bella!! How could she...when she...ugghhhh!!" but I get why she loves Jacob too. I am Team Edward and I don't hate Jake I like him but I LOVE Edward. Jacob did help her through her stage of depression I guess you could call it when Edward left and he made her happy again. I'll admit I was mad at Edward to for leaving in the first place because if he never left maybe it would have turned out differently. I just kept thinking "Bella loves Edward and Jacob obviously wasn't meant to be with her because he didn't imprint on her".


I hope Jacob imprints on someone in BD.

Bella being in love with Jacob, I could accept that. Bella kissing Jacob however, I had a little difficulty grasping. Not only the pain that it would cause Jacob but our dear Edward... The thought of him being so vulnerable just makes me want to scream.

And then I got over it. Que sera.

At first I was in complete denial because when she kissed him that was pretty much cheating on Edward. Now, I'm fine with it, but I want Jacob to be with someone else.

I thought something along the lines of...

"Why Stephenie why?!"

Now it's just like the giant gorilla in the corner. Lol, it'll come back to us in BD, watch it..

I sort of expected it. I mean, Edward said it himself. It was his fault. He left, Bella needed loving. Jacob filled that spot. It's always been Edward, because it was HIS loving she was missing.. this makes sense in my head. Anyways, Edward said that, and alot of people complain and don't believe it's true. But, STEPHENIE HERSELF wrote what Edward said. It's not lie she's lying (she's not being sneaky, this isn't something to be sneaky about).
Sorry about the ranting. Bottom line, fate's a loserface.

I felt like Bella betrayed me personally!
Haha, I've never been able to be in love with two people at the same time. Yes, maybe love someone but not be IN love with them. But then again, I've never been in that situation.
And I might be wrong, but I think Bella did explain that her love for Jacob was vastly different than her love for Edward.

I felt bad for Jake, cause she was always so concerned about his feelings...that couldn't of helped him try to get over her.

That was the only time I was irritated at any of the books. Minus Edward leaving, but I mean...we all knew he was coming back. He had to!

I got REALLY REALLY worried when that little peice came about.
I was like NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

But when Bella explain even though she does love Jake.. it's not the same love she has for Edward, I had this HUUUGE sigh of relief.

But admitedly it was to be expected. I mean she couldn't just go through all that with Jake and not have some kind of love for him.

But when Bella kissed Jake... infront of Edward... I could not calm down enough to form an anry coherent sentence. When I did eventually calm down... I started crying (serious). But it wasn't Bella I was angry at becasue it was Jake who blackmailed her into doing it. This is why Jake isn't in my good books atm.

It made me so mad! Unbearably so. And it only got worse by Bella making it seem like she just simply "needed" Edward. I'm not kidding, she BETTER make up for this in Breaking Dawn.

when i got to the point where bella said she is in love with jake and kissed him back
i cried and threw the book against my bed.

i was like NOOOO BELLA DONT FALL FOR IT NOOOOOOOOOOO! WHYYY ?!?!?!?!!?

you could say I got a little mad.

she's supposed to be with edward. bella and edward, forever

I love Jacob. Lovelovelove. But this scene made me cry. It was SO WRONG. So horribly, horribly wrong. Jacob was so desperate to finally save Bella from Edward he did about the most impulsive thing he could possibly do. I don't blame him for it. It's better that Bella knows, instead of her wondering, "Why IS it so hard to say good-bye to Jacob." But it was so sad, because it was not meant to be.

Yea i know I was really cheesed off (lol) right after I read that
but then after reading many SM interviews and extras....and fan-fics loll I realized that Jacob isn't that bad, and Bella had to realize and face up to th fact that Jacob did have a small portion of heart
the portion that was left after Edward was gone
it says that somewhere in New Moon
Bella actually admits in New Moon she loves him. but when Edward gets back she doesn't see that she could possibly love anyone else.

so when i read that part, i wanted to jump in the book, slap her, and tell her to snap out of it.

but she can't be blamed. i think somewhere in the book edward even says that she would be with jacob if he hadn't interfered with her life

oh c'mon! I thought "awwwwwwwww, that's sooo cute!" I mean, I totally understood: Jacob is the one for her, if the world was really the way it's supposed to be! And you guys can't deny that Jacob has his own charm, his own way of getting to Bella's heart, and he's so good for her! Safe, comparing to Edward and the whole vampire thing.. I mean, I can't think of a better fit for her, if she decides to stay human.. and like someone said, she realized in New Moon that she could be with him, only Edward got back and that thought was just forgotten.. But, yeah, if something goes wrong with Edward (and I hope it doesn't, because I'm team edward all the way), Jacob is definetely the one for her!
